Your PTO worked hard during the summer months to secure updated and more beneficial vendor contracts with new fundraiser vendors. We were able to increase the schools share for the same amount of activity. It is our hope to make each and every major fundraising activity a prosperous one. But as we all know, these activities cannot and will not be successful without the participation, hard work and donation of our family's talents and abilities! Please remember; all St. Mary Catholic School families are responsible for a minimum of 25 hours of volunteer work. In an effort to be more inclusive, fundraising activity Chairpersons will be recruiting help from parents of specific grades to help with specific fundraisers.
Fundraising Proposal- All fundraising opportunities require a fundraising proposal which must be submitted before the event occurs.
